Effective October 18, 2026
These terms apply when you use ELLE Family Office Network at network.ellefo.com. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information about yourself.
- The members network is for women professionals. Supporters and investors may join with a supporter account, which our team reviews.
- Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Community guidelines
- Lift each other up. Treat every member with respect. No harassment, hate, discrimination or bullying.
- Be genuine. Use your real identity and share honest information about yourself, your experience and your ventures.
- No spam. Do not send unsolicited sales messages or mass messages. Opportunities belong on the Opportunities board.
- Protect privacy. What members share in messages, meetings and mentoring sessions stays there unless they agree otherwise.
- Keep it safe and legal. No content that is unlawful, misleading, sexually explicit or that infringes someone else's rights.
You can report or block a member at any time. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these guidelines.
Memberships and payments
- Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Yearly and 2-year memberships are paid up front at a discount.
- You can cancel at any time from Settings or the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded unless required by law.
- Paid mentoring sessions are agreements between the member and the mentor; ELLE processes the payment through Stripe.
Projects, funding and opportunities
ELLE helps members share projects, funding briefs and opportunities, but ELLE is not a broker, investment adviser or funding portal. Nothing on ELLE is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, or investment, legal or tax advice. Do your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making any investment.
Ask ELLE and mentoring
Ask ELLE is an AI assistant and can make mistakes. Its suggestions, like mentoring and pastoral conversations, are not professional medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give ELLE permission to display it within the community so the network can work, for as long as it stays on the site.
Limits
ELLE is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and safe, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free, and we are not responsible for what members say or do. To the extent allowed by law, ELLE's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify members of important changes. Continuing to use ELLE after a change means you accept the updated terms.
